Flowers 2 painted with watercolors, ink, carbon.
I’m still tormented by the subject of flowers, hue hue. As long as they are beauty, delicacy and symmetry. They delight me! The ideal is unsurpassed.
“Beauty is terror. Whatever we call beautiful, we quiver before it.”
― Donna Tartt,
I used watercolors, carbon, ink, pencils, thick paper cards for paints and thin A4 paper, transparent fish, they shine through their insides. Meaning that they can not be drawn on both sides. And certainly not when the stroke pressure creates deep furrows in the paper. Shame! The oversights of the artistic world! Ecology suffers. Little trees, beautiful old creatures. Some older than thousands of years. Beings to whom our ancestors prayed in ancient times (see various types of pagan cults, so-called and wild on the Ślęża mountain). Although … not at all! Dear, my beloved hero. van Gogh. My hero *.*. Dear, widely known and admired in the world. He painted double-sided on canvas, and so are exhibited in a museum in Amsterdam in glass cases. Double-sided glass;) Hola, hola, I will say !! What a comparison. To van Gogh. Oh no! I would not dare, seriously. That’s how it came out from under my fingers ;P.
Below are quick exercises for straight lines and the like. Watercolor painted. Then "scanned" with great application for smrtphn Office Lens. And edited.
